Our Artistic Director

This multiple Poʻokela Award winner is no stranger to the music and arts scene in Honolulu, serving as rehearsal/performance accompanist in over 75 musical theatre productions on Oʻahu.

Phil has been Artistic Director of the Gay Menʻs Chorus of Honolulu since 2015. He is a frequent guest Music Director at Diamond Head Theatre, Pianist for Ballet and Contemporary Dance class in the Theatre/Dance Department at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa and Accompanist and Education Outreach Teacher for the Hawai‘i Youth Opera Chorus, Phil is owner of PMH Studio working as a free-lance musician and graphic artist .  He is also an accomplished singer and has been performing onstage with the HOT Chorus and at Kawaiaha‘o Church since 1992.
